La Jolla Cove Kayak and Snorkel Tour
What’s the ultimate way to experience the wonderful world of wildlife that is La Jolla Cove? By exploring above and below the surface!
Biologist/naturalist guides lead you through the La Jolla ecological reserve in search of larger animals like sea lions, dolphin, and harbor seals as you kayak towards the La Jolla Sea Caves. Once near the caves, we’ll drop anchor and hop into the ocean for the chance to swim through the caves and explore the reserve's underwater world.
You’ll have the incredible opportunity to swim along with harmless leopard sharks, bat rays, garibaldi fish, rock lobster, guitar fish, green sea turtles, sheephead fish, diving pelicans and cormorants, shellfish, sea stars, and even sea lions and harbor seals.
If adventure in San Diego is on your list, this is far and away an experience you will never forget. Here at Hike Bike Kayak, this is one of our favorite tours, and our premier guides can’t wait to help you make the most of it.
Our friendly and accommodating guides are expert naturalists with backgrounds in marine biology, ecology, environmental science, photography, and outdoor recreation. Additionally, our guides hold advanced certifications in kayak instruction, lifeguarding, outdoor leadership, wildlife education, and CPR/First Aid.
