Hike Bike Kayak offers corporate Team Building Events and activities in
southern California. Our programs combine a day at the beach with
team-building- always a memorable experience!
Group Events
In addition to team-building Beach Games with Kayak Races, we can
personalize outdoor activities such as kayaking, surfing lessons, biking and
hiking. We easily accommodate groups from 8 to 100 participants.

Beach Games
Enhance team spirit with our beach games. These are fun, fast-paced active games that get everyone acquainted, working together and enjoying the outdoors together. Throughout the event our facilitators challenge participants to explore their thoughts, feelings, attitudes and knowledge to achieve goals as a team.
Sand Castle Building
We supply all the equipment! Your group has a great time building sand castles like when we were children. Collaboration, team work, and imagination all come into play with this unique team building event. Perfect for melding together creative and analytical types!
Kayak Races
Join us for kayak races, on the ocean or the bay. Kayaking is always the hit of the day.
Kayak and Biking Duathalon
Why not include a bike race along with the kayaking races for those looking for more of a challenge?
Scavenger Hunt (on foot or bike)
This popular team building event is exhilarating and challenging. teams will work together to complete different activities, solve clues and collect information, while competing against other teams. The atmosphere is intiguing, mysterious, unpredictable and exciting.

Logistics
Hike Bike Kayak caters to your needs as a team, you can choose from one of the packages or we can design an event for your team. We easily accomodate groups from 8 to 100 participants and work with meeting planners, event coordinators, DMCs and corporate representatives. All programs include: Set-up, pre-event instructions, facilitators, sports instructors or guides as needed (hiking, biking, surfing, etc.) score boards (as needed), group debriefing, cold beverages and sports/game equipment.
Additional options
Customized team t-shirts, hats, box lunches, snacks and team photos.

Outdoor Group Activities
Schedule unique outdoor activities for your organization and
let them enjoy
 socializing
while kayaking, surfing, hiking or biking. It's also a great way to
entertain clients or business partners. We can handle up to 80
people per group for biking, 60 people for kayaking and 100 people for
